101-Day Limited Warranty
for "Model-M" and "Model-iM" Products

101-Day Warranty Coverage:

Coverage Period: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the "Model-M" and "Model-iM" product for a period of 101 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period").

A. Extent of Coverage:
During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the "Model-M" or "Model-iM" product due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion:

A1. Repair the defective product at no charge,

A2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent functionality, or

A3. Refund the purchase price of the product.

B. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

B1. Normal wear and tear,

B2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper handling or storage, or unauthorized modifications,

B3. Damage caused by use with non-compatible devices or accessories,

B4. Any alteration or repair by anyone not authorized by us,

B5. Damage caused by shipping or improper packaging during return shipment,

B6. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and surface damages.

C. Submitting a Warranty Claim:

C2. Proof of purchase and details describing the defect will be required.

C3. We will require that the defective product be returned for inspection, then a notification will be sent to your contact information on file regarding exchange or refund or replacement.

C4. All product returned to Amor MFG. must be returned with your completed Shipment Form. Failure to include the shipment form will restult in delayed processing.

D. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price paid for the "Model-M" or "Model-iM" product. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

E. General Provisions:

E1.This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the "Model-M" or "Model-iM" product.

E2. Any warranty claim must be made within the Warranty Period.

E3. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
